Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)

Unsafe

The picture didn’t match the property. We did not feel safe and the photo on VRBO makes it look like a beautiful safe family place to stay. We did not sleep there as there was a domestic right outside our window when we got there. Do not book with this host! His listing needs more details about location. It is not charming!

Needs Improvement

New Vrbo host who might not have done their research in renting out their home. Kitchen outlets didn’t work. Not enough towels, no amenities that we’re used to like cooking spray, seasoning, cleaning products, baking sheets. Mattresses were not sleepable.no towel hooks or paper towel holders. Messaged host twice with no response. Knobs feel off bureaus. Location not friendly for women only groups.

Very disappointing

Just horrible! I sent a message to host and ask before booking was it a quiet, safe neighborhood and he responded yes… LIES! From the loud music to the trash everywhere on the grounds , the strong smell of weed and the man peeing on the corner! One of the worst parts were the windows with no locks And only one exit in and out because the back door was bolted from the outside! God forbid a fire.. The bedroom downstairs mattress was so sagging if you rolled over you fell out of bed and the sheets were dirty. No remote for the TV.The downstairs bathroom door does not close The lamps in the bedroom do not work. The bedroom with the twin beds in it had a Queen mattress leaning up against the wall.There are no hooks or towel bars for your towels after a shower and I won’t even get started on the creaking stairs, broken handrail and filthy yellow chairs in the kitchen .If I could have gotten a refund I would have left! Absolutely horrible , does not look like the photos, I do not recommend for anyone!!
