Really nice property clean and equipped with everything you need. Great location, quiet neighborhood within a good distance to the main centre. Host was friendly and respectful of privacy. Had a great stay.
This property is located in a very nice residential area. The owner was very kind and friendly and provided all the amenities and everything one needs for a vacation rental. The wi-fi was not always great and the service was a little bit below standard. Also I would recommend that the owner installs a bigger and more powerful exhaust fan in the bathroom which was very damp resulting in foul smell. I had to buy lots of air fresheners !!
Overall, very happy with my stay for 1 month.
Very private. Had own parking space. Nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Negatives: Cobwebs were noticed. Unsecure internet. Futon was very uncomfortable (needs better mattress). Ad says four can stay comfortably but only two adults can really stay here. Also, there is no dryer. There is, however, an outside clothesline.
Property was clean, well equiped, and host was helpful and friendly. Although very well equiped, and aspects such as kitchen and shower were very good, some other elements were basic and felt unfinished, and it would benefit from some better quality furniture. Our main recommendation would be to get a more comfy settee; it was very uncomfy to sit on (we didnt try it s a bed). Also wifi was very poor (low strength and patchy).
Small and dirty house. Shower cousted, floor broken. I turned on the hair dryer almost exploded in my hand. The owner not courteous who always spied. After my nightmarish stay he accused me of breaking an already broken chair by taking the money from the credit card with which I had booked without my consent. I do not recommend to anyone.
Kleine nette Wohnung in schöner Wohngegend; gute Anbindung nach London
Wir hatten drei Übernachtungen zu viert in der zur Wohnung umgebauten Garage.
Die Lage ist sehr gut in einer vornehmen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Für die Fahrt ins Zentrum nach London sind mit Bus (3 Stationen) und Bahn (3-4 Stationen) ca. 45 min. einzuplanen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und der Email-Kontakt war jederzeit vorbildlich mit einer sehr schnellen Reaktionszeit.
Lediglich die Küchenutensilien waren recht überschaubar und die Größe der Wohnung war für 4 Personen etwas eng. Aber das wussten wir vorher und für drei Nächte war es OK. Dafür war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zur Hauptferienzeit im Großraum London unschlagbar.
Der hilfsbereite Vermieter wohnt im Haus.
Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, könnte im Haushaltsbereich noch ein wenig komplettiert werden (z.B. Teekanne, Pfannenwender). Für zwei Personen sicher angenehm, mit zwei Kindern auf der Schlafcouch wurde es in dem schmalen Anbau recht eng.
Good location and comfortable stay. Our family enjoyed our time. Nearby grocery and train station. Easy to take train in to city for the day.

Good value for money and very friendly host.
We really enjoyed our stay in Purley. The accommodation is not huge but we had all we needed for our family of four (2 adults & 2 daughters aged 5 and 7). Nirmal was very friendly and helpful. From the accommodation, a nice half an hour walk will get you to the train station from which you can get to London Victoria in about 25 minutes.

Great get away.
Comfortable beds, nice kitchen with a clothes washer/dryer, nice shower and a great neighborhood. Nirmal is friendly and available if you need him. We had a wonderful time staying here and I would stay again if I'm ever in London again. I highly recommend this house.

Comfortable apartment to visit London
I stayed with my family of 4 people (2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child) in the apartment of Mr. Nirman (owner of the house) for a period of one week during the month of August 2018.
The apartment is comfortable, very clean and it has everything you need even for stays longer than a week. There is also a parking space for your car and a garden which can be accessed directly from the bedroom.
The house is located on a hill, in a beautiful quiet residential area full of greenery and is surrounded by pretty houses, about 13 miles from the center of London which can be reached by an excellent train service in about 20 minutes from Purley station.
Thanks to Mr. Nirman who was always available and friendly without ever being invasive of our privacy.
My opinion on this house is certainly positive and it deserves the best of my evaluation.

Geeignet für bis zu 4 Pers. die London erkunden wollen
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für London tripps. 10min zu fuss zum Bahnhof und 3 Stationen nach Viktoria oder London Bridge. Die Züge fahren alle 20min. Einkaufen bei Tesco und ansonsten kann man nichts negatives zu der Unterkunft, egal ob Ausstattung oder Lage sagen. Das einzige Mako es sollte doch eine Teekanne mitgebracht werden.
Es lohnt sich.

Enjoying the ciity in a quite and confortable apartament with garden
We spent nearly 1 week in this nice and clean Apartment from Nirman. Purly is a nice Town with Pubs, Supermarket and the Most Important, a railway Station and in only 30 Minuten you are in the City of London. Normal helps us with everything and we really entjoyed that wie could Use his nice Garden for playing Volley and Spikeball and have breakfast and Dinner. Thanks a lot, a Great Place to come back soon.

Wonderful property located in the outskirts of London
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of London. It is designed for travelers using a car. We used this as our base to see Stonehenge, castles, and two excursion to London for a play and shopping. This house is located close to a large grocery store (Tesco) and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking all meals. It is a little larger than a hotel room but mostly a simple, easy access, and safe place to rest at night. The host is very kind and welcoming. He provided us tips on how to find the grocery store and alternatives to traveling in London.

Excellent short term accommodation

The worst experience ever in my life
The uint is very shabby and does not a cent. Very dirty, and everything is old. The bedroom smells, and the so called kitchen equipments are not usable. I asked the owner when I tried to book about the internet and told him that I need a very good internet and he confirm that it is good but there was no internet and when I asked him he said to try in the bedroom. I tried but it was the same no internet. I lost a lot of money because of that. I booked and paid for 7 nights but I could not continue more than 3 nights then moved to another unit. The owner instead of being sorry but asked me not to write a bad review because that will effect his business badly, but I have to say the truth so the other will have an idea. If there is a way to post pictures I would post them as I have many that show the status of this what so call a home. I am writing now from Bosna & H and I have booked a unit thru Homeaway and it is amazing unit. He called a small piece of shabby thing a rug, there is no coffee table, no computer chair. It was hot in London and we could not open the windows or the doors because there were no screen and bugs and flies entered the unit after 15 minutes so we closed everything. No AC no windows screen and the temp was around 80 F and humidity was around 70 and more than that there was no fan. It was a nightmare when you have to sleep on dirty mattress that has no cover sheet. The bed itself maybe many decades old and the mattress was so tough. Stay away and sleep in the street is better, Period. I did not wish to write such a review but I have to tell my experience. If there is a minus star I would choose it.

Perfect place to stay
We really lived staying at the property, we needed a place that was close to where we lived whilst we were having building work done on our property and this suited us perfectly. we have two daughters who were very comfortable on the sofa bed and we were able to cook simple meals and do everything we would normally do when we are at home. The property was clean, perfectly functional and private. As a bonus, we were also allowed to use the garden which was great for the kids. Thanks Nirmal for being so accommodating, best of luck for the future.

This property is new , bright and airy its in a great location in a sought after residential area. the road is tree lined with no parking restrictions. There is access to a large garden both front and rear. Its in a great location with easy access to busses and Trains. London Victoria and London Bridge is only Twenty minutes away. I can pick up and drop to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
What makes this property unique
local shops ,restaurants ,parks playgrounds, shopping centres ,cinemas are all available. within easy walking distance. Gatwick is only minutes away by train or car . This is a ground floor property away from the main road and very quiet , great for walking and admiring the different houses which are all quite unique and wonderful. something we all enjoy doing throughout the year.
