This craftsman style 3 bed, 3 bath west College Heights home is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Ideally situated just 4 blocks from west Penn State campus and the Nittany Lion Inn and 1.5 blocks from the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees and only used by local traffic.
The main home features a master bedroom with full bath and an extra office space with a convertible daybed that pulls out to a king bed to accommodates up to 2 additional guests. A living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, and 2nd full bath round out the main living space.
The separate walk-out basement apartment is located on the lower level of the home. It is accessed from its own entrance in back of the home and adds an additional kitchen, living room with futon, full bath, king bedroom, and laundry facilities, for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A private, fully-fenced backyard features a gazebo and fire pit. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and has a 240V electric vehicle charging station.
