Inside, this three level townhouse boasts floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, banisters and high ceilings throughout. When you’re not eating at one of the nearby restaurants, exploring the city or attending a Broncos game or concert, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and modern cabinets and back splash make this kitchen the perfect place to prepare food. With bonus amenities such as Cable TV, a Gas Grill and hot tub on the roof top patio, a king size bed and huge bathroom in the master suite, a breakfast counter, and attached balconies to one of the two bedrooms and living room, you probably won’t even want to leave.
However, if you do want to get out and explore, the city is just outside your door.

We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $125. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.
HOT TUB
Spa service is EVERY TUESDAY. We will need access to the unit in order to access cleaning and setting the chemicals for hot tub. This is mandatory and cannot be rescheduled. When there are water changes it takes 24 hours for the water to reheat. If this occurs during your stay, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will reach the desired temperature at that time. If our hot tub rules are not followed and a water change is needed due to mistreatment of the tub, we will charge a $150 change fee.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
