Perfect place!

The house was clean and comfy! The owner was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. The neighborhood was great, nice location, and safe!

I was "drawn" to this place.

Years ago my husband and I passed through Albuquerque on our way home from another trip. I saw the image of the sun setting in the side mirror of our car. I instantly thought that I must come back and experience this city. I was not disappointed! The home where we stayed was perfect!! The first morning, we ate breakfast in the beautiful back yard while balloons flew directly over the house. The balloon fiesta events, the train trip to Santa Fe, the tram ride to Sandia Peak, the food, the friendly people--a few of the things that make me want to be back next year. And, I would want to be in the same home. PERFECT!!

Great stay

My husband and I were soooo pleased with the location, the facilities and the landlord. There was everything we needed there and it was very easy access to everything we needed! Highly recommend! Adrian was wonderful to work with.

wouldn't go back without some changes

bad timing - based on the smell and bottle in garage, seems like owner sprayed bug spray inside too liberally, had headache first two nights. No screens on backdoor or windows in Master or living room so no way get cross-breeze of cool evening air. Decorations / furniture / equipment are all okay, as is location. But needs a deep cleaning of tiles, carpets, baseboards, light switches, grill, back yard, etc.

Just right!

We needed a place near the Balloon Museum and this quiet location was perfect. Also, being minutes from Hwy. 25 made it easy to get to other points of interest. Well, stocked and comfy home.

Safe and clean.

This was a great place to stay for my son and I over Christmas! It was clean and even had a garage to park in. The only suggestion I would make to either the owners or to you the traveler....... Bathroom: bring shampoo, bath soap, lotion, a hair dryer Kitchen: cooking oil and coffee. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Great property, great price.

Great house for your family

Loved this house. Close to the highway so we had no problem getting to Santa Fe to go skiing, movies, and plenty of restaurants. We had a family of 8 and we slept comfortably. Owners were great communicating instructions and provided lots of amenities. Hope to come back

Great Stay, excellent location in ABQ

We had a wonderful trip to Albuquerque. The home was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving; room for the family to spread out. Everything worked well. Adrian was accessible for any needs. Highly recommend.

Great location, house well furnished (bedrooms, dining room, kitchen & living room).

Adrian (homeowner) very helpful, printed tickets for us also provided a Gas Grill for grilling also provided a lot of information of things to do in Albequrque 👍🏼. We were in town for the Ballon Festival and were close enough to Festival to attend both the morning and evening events. Restuarants were also close by. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend as a "Centrally Located House". Kudos to Adrian for also allowing us to get into the House a little early, which allowed us to unload our Vehicle and attend the Festival sooner than anticipated 👍🏼👍🏼. Should future Vacations allow us to stay in Albequrque again we will definitely stay in a Homeaway Property Owned by Adrian.

We loved staying here! Great neighborhood and close to the balloon fiesta.

Great location and great house!

very nice, centrally located, quiet neighborhood

My wife and I stayed at Casa Del Sol for several months as our home was being reconstructed after a fire. The property was centrally located with easy access and included everything we could ask for and more. After losing just about everything in the fire, it was nice to stay in a fully stocked, nicely appointed home. Adrian and Stacy were very accommodating and responsive to our small requests. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. it was quiet, clean and had plenty of easily accessible walking paths and a nearby park to take our grandkids. We highly recommend this home to anyone short or longer term stays

Enjoyed Albuquerque and Santa Fe Area

Property was clean, comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed. Backyard landscape could use a little sprucing up. We would definitely stay there again.
