Considered one the finest condos in Regency Isle, this beautifully decorated unit has keyless entry, tile flooring, quartz counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, flat screen TV’s and wireless internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped including stainless steel appliances, walk-in pantry and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

This property is amazing! The ice maker was so awesome to have each day to fill our coolers for the beach. The balcony is huge! The dining table is such a great size for meals and playing games. Susan was so responsive and helpful.

Great communication with the property manager. The view and location is fantastic. Couldn’t ask for better with easy access to the beach. My kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Perfect week in paradise!

Excellent location within walking distance to Florabama. Beautiful condo furnished with many items you usually don’t find with condo rentals. Owner truly thought of everything and so easy & pleasant to communicate with. Very convenient to have designated parking space. The extra 1/2 bath came in handy too & the bar ice maker was a huge convenience. You won’t be sorry if you call this condo home for a week!
