3 bedroom/2 bath /garage _2nd floor Condo with a coastal flare. Snuggled back in the Magnolia Falls section of Falling Waters gated community, this Condo exudes peacefulness, quietness and privacy. An immense Lanai offers quiet Western Views of Lush Landscape beautifully decorated with relaxing in mind. The Kitchen boasts Stainless steel appliances, granite buffet server and counter tops, is FULLY stocked for cooking and entertaining,has a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a sunny, bright Morning room. Open the large plantation shutters throughout to bring the outside in.
Bedroom arrangements :Master bedroom -1 queen sized bed and Chaise Lounge, Den/office- 1 Full brushed leather Futon with mattress pad, sheets, blankets and a desk for laptop . 3RD Bedroom- Queen size Bed with rocker offering 2 pocket doors that close off this room and bath to create a private suite.
The Condo is comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The Cozy living room is furnished with a fluffy, comfy white Cindy Crawford couch, 2 brownLeather recliners.( electric) a large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD. Beautifully decorated, private, comfortable feel. When you stay you don't ever want to leave ( we never do). Guests can enjoy an afternoon at the beach Boogie boarding (we have 2). There are 4 Beach Chairs, 8 Beach Towels, umbrella with holder, Frisbee, paddle ball , and a beach cart to carry everything! And later when you return take a bike ride around the community or to Falling Waters Famous resort style pool (2min ride). We have 2 Adult bikes with baskets and 1 Kids Bike available for your use. There is also a bucket of golf balls and a putter to use at the putting green on property.
Falling waters is a desirable community offering its residents a beautiful salt water pool, Spacious club house with movies and Library for guests to use.
Clay tennis court (we have 2 rackets and balls) and Bocce Courts ( balls are at the court for your use)

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as the Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, Naples Trolley Tours, Clam Pass Park, Cambier Park, Third street south, museums, Marco Island, Everglades Nation Park. Perfect vacation destination

Beautiful condo

Spotless, quiet and comfortable condo. Kitchen well equipped, great living room chairs, although we spent most of the time on the lanai, every thing you need for the beach is in the garage. Nice to have bicycles supplied.

Great getaway

What a great property in Falling Waters! We have stayed at three other condos inside this great neighborhood and this by far has been our favorite out of the three. Great decorating, really clean and the property is well kept. Communication with the owners was easy. Will be back for sure!

Saubere und schöne Wohnung in toller Anlage

Wir haben als Familie (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Bei unserer Ankunft war gerade der weisse Teppichboden in den Schlafräumen neu verlegt worden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, helfen gerne weiter und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Die abgeschlossene Wohnanlage ist ruhig, gepflegt und hat einen grossen Pool, der unseren Kindern besonders gut gefallen hat. Die Anbindung ist gut, zum Strand und zur 5th Avenue fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung nur jedem weiter empfehlen.

Excellent stay at Falling Waters, August 2022

This is a fantastic condo, well situated in an outstanding tropical area. We enjoyed very much our three weeks stay at David and Patricia's holiday home. I must say that the communication and information about check in and condo itself was really good! We appreciated a lot they both being always available via whatsapp for any question we had! The condo is superbly equipped with everything you may need. In the kitchen, that is completely equipped! Also in the garage you can find whatever you need for the beach/pool. Chairs, umbrellas, noodles, fishing rails, waterboards, etc. etc. The matresses are outstanding comfortable and as the condo is very spacious, you have plenty of space. Also I want to tell about the big balcony (called lanai?), with chairs and table and place to spend time watching the nature and the very nice sunsets (although I heard that in winter there are much more spectacular...). Thank you thousand times to you both David and Patricia for allowing us to spend our vacation in July/August at your vacation home! We only can recommend this property to everybody looking for space and glorious tropical nature! PS: By the way, the airconditioning is excellent. We never had to touch it! Was installed at 78° F and that was completely ok for us!

Hidden Gem!

What a wonderful place to stay!We recently rented this lovely condo from David and Patty. I can't say enough about it. It was a lot bigger and brighter than I thought, the pictures don't do it justice. I loved the sea/beach/vacation decor throughout the condo - very creatively done. Lots of space for our family of four, even the lazy days when we were each doing our own thing. I spent an inordinate amount of time on the lanai and I now what one in my house. Relaxing, quiet, gentle breeze from the ceiling fan, no pesky bugs (the whole lanai is netted, which is a common thing for Florida, but not where we're from. Everything was so perfect, I didn't need to contact our hosts for anything whatsoever. The condo has cooler, towels, caddy for the beach, fishing rods, outdoor grill. The kitchen has everything you need. The community pool is incredible! It's something you'd expect from a resort. It massive and impossible to get bored in. My kids loved it. Pool in the morning, beach in the afternoon for us. If you go to Naples and like cars, prepare to have your mind blown by the Rev Institute's museum showroom. We all agreed we will stay again. Very satisfying vacation for a family that sorely needed it.

Naples adventure

This condo was awesome great location in Naples and a quiet corner location in the condo complex. Large private deck to relax on. Cool lights above and below kitchen cabinets. Beds were comfortable. Owner was easy to work with help us with a late arrival. We ubered from the airport $50 and rented a car using Turo was delivered to the condo. Garage was nice to park in when we had a storm. The beach umbrella worked great, bikes were fun. We learned how to play Bocce ball at the club house fun game. Pool was excellent, we traveled to Everglades did some drives and hikes seen lot of gators dont miss the air boat rides fun. Wife loved the Naples botianical garden. We will be back!

Great condo!

The condo was great for a family trip to Naples. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped and close to so many things. The community pool is really well maintained and a pretty short walk. The owners were great to work with! I highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime.

Falling Waters condo

The condo was wonderful, they had everything you would need to cook, go to the beach or pool, or just relax on the lanai. It’s close to the grocery store and downtown Naples. The complex is just beautiful and well taken care of, plants, trees, flowers , water falls all things you will enjoy while you take a walk or ride a bike in the gated community.

everything we needed and more!

I was here with my wife and her parents, and this home had everything we needed and more to have a wonderful holiday! While we did not utilize everything that was included here.... what we did use was very well cared for and was perfect for us! Trips to the beach or the pool are made easy with the little carry-all to pack things in, the beach umbrella was perfect! Coffee on the balcony was perfect, and so were drinks as we watched the sunset over the trees behind the house.... all in all there is nothing to complain about! It was a fantastic home for our stay, and along with the great communication with David, and the instructions for our stay.... everything was just great for us! I highly recommend this place! It has everything!!!

Love at first sight and wellbeeing!

I am a french canadian so be kind with the way I express my review... Renting since several years, we rate this experience one of our 2 tops! This condo was very clean when we arrived and it's floor plan is so right for 2 couples or more. Planty of space and so pleasant environment. The west sunshine warmth of the lanaï, at the end of the day offers perfect place for an afternoon delight...The gated community of Falling Waters is great, the pool and tennis courts are simply amaizing! The owners offer hight quality information and avalibility. In brief, if it's available when you need it, go for it!

Naples Vacation - February & March 2018

This condo is very large with an open floor plan. The condo has a relaxed decor that says "vacation". Patty and David are VERY responsive owners; if you have any issues with the unit, they will be resolved promptly. The condo is located in a quiet section of the Falling Waters Davis. The Falling Waters pool is outstanding, we were there all most every day.The unit includes a locking, detached garage. Convenient access to downtown, the beach and shopping. This condo, Falling Waters Davis and Naples are all highly recommended.

Good place for a Florida vacation

David and Pat apartment is in a quiet and secure environment. Fallings Water has a lot to offer for people who like to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. We spent a month there, the apartment is nice and well furnished. The owner are very responsive for any question you might have.

A beautiful, comfortable, peaceful property !

This is a beautiful property with a peaceful and convenient location. We had an absolutely amazing month here! We both had a wonderful feeling of being at home and at the same time being in paradise. This condo is nice and clean, bright and cheery, and incredibly roomy. The furniture is very comfortable – especially the dual recliners ! It was very nice to have a variety of seating options for dining: we loved the high top table and chairs in the morning room, the breakfast bar and bar stools, the dining room table and chairs and the lanai furniture! The counters are beautiful, we loved the granite! Appliances work perfectly and are sharp looking stainless. We thought it very considerate and convenient to have both a Keurig and a coffee brewer. We love Keurig coffee and our visiting daughter and son in law prefer brewed coffee. The plantation shutters on all the windows are great too - I wonder if they sell them up North? Great for room darkening for naps for our two little grandsons. It was very pleasant to have ceiling fans in every room. There is working slot machine that was a big hit with our 6 year old grandson and Papa too! Of course, it is your own money that you are "winning" but our little guy fed the money right back in every time it ran out - he just loved playing (I hope we didn't groom him to grow up to be a gambler). David and Patty are very responsive and helped us immediately with the couple small questions that we had. They are kind and upbeat and we wish we could hang here as friends but obviously will never be here at the same time. They generously left a beach pass good for any beach in Collier county. Collier includes Marco Island and that was a huge gift to us. A beach umbrella and screw in anchor are tucked away in the garage as are beach chairs. The bikes and helmets look inviting but we apparently got lazy. As far as Falling Waters itself, I cannot possibly say enough. The pool is the most beautiful that I have ever seen in the continental United States. The temperature is perfect. The depth varies gently with four 3 foot areas and plenty of deeper areas. The community center is lovely and welcoming with events and sign up sheets for both long term residents and vacationers. The people here are so friendly. We highly recommend this condo and Falling Waters, it is amazing. You will be happy that you planned your vacation here.

A wonderful stay!

We enjoyed very much our stay at Patty’s and David’s. They were available, attentive and quick to reply each and every time we contacted them. The house is spacious and pleasant in different ways: its style, well equipped (the bikes are a nice addition), quiet and comfortable. We felt welcomed and relaxed at the Falling Waters community and we could enjoy the various facilities including, of course, the wonderful swimming pool. There are many interesting places to visit in the surroundings: natural reserves, parks, beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops… Once there, you don’t want to leave: we agree.

We have been vacationing in Naples area for many years and have family that re located to South Florida .
After looking around for a few years in South Florida, this home made us feel good inside the home and we loved the surrounding property.
It is very peaceful and private.
We love how clean and well manicured Naples area is kept.

What makes this property unique

The clubhouse and Pool area and all other amenities are another reason why we chose Falling waters and our condo made us feel like we really are on vacation.
