Has it all and then some!

From moment you pull into driveway you will experience attention to detail. Home is modern, very comfortable, and beautiful. It has a spacious backyard with some gym equipment. Dog friendly. Front yard is beautiful too. Beds comfortable and rooms and bathrooms spacious. Kitchen is well stocked and host left us welcoming gift. One of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed.

The neighborhood around our Moder Farmhouse is great. It is a residential area very family oriented. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Target is in walking distance and there are several restaurants with in a 2 mile radius. There is also plenty of retail stores located at the Tulare Outlets.
