Well located for our purposes
We chose this property because of its proximity to the home we have undergoing renovation in an adjacent gated community. We have three adult Airedale Terriers, which the owner welcomed. The property is thoughtfully appointed, and nearly new (built in 2022), located in a subdivision that appears to date from the '70s, but has been extensively "infilled" in recent years with similar homes. The neighborhood is a mixture of retired permanent residents, working families, seasonally-occupied houses, and rentals like this one. It's quiet, with no "through" traffic, and close to Coconut Point Mall, Koreshan Nature Preserve, and an abundance of other commercial and public services. Although adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, there is no public beach access, so some driving will be necessary to get sun, sand, and swimming. The Saltleaf Golf Preserve, which this community backs on, is pay-as-you-play. The streets in the subdivision are narrow, but drivers are respectful and cautious. Many of the homes also have K9 companions, and this house doesn't have a fenced yard, so leash-walking is essential, and will involve encounters with other four-leggers.It's quiet and relaxing, with a nice brand-new swimming pool, and the property manager is responsive and respectful. Our house will be habitable by next season, so we won't be renting again, but would occupy this property again if we had occasion to need accommodation in SW Florida in the future.
