- Guests have access to the entire chalet, except for two locked storage rooms reserved for staff.

- Self-check-in: The code for the smart lock is the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided during the reservation. This code will only be active starting at 5:00 PM on your check-in day. For safety and security, the door code is changed between each guest.

General Rules:
- No Smoking: This establishment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

- Drugs and Cannabis: The consumption of drugs, including cannabis, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.

- Pets: Dogs are accepted at our property. To protect guests with allergies, it is mandatory to select the "dog" option when making your reservation. An additional can be applies, which you must select in the extra fees section if need.

- Fireworks: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.

- Respect for the Property: Guests agree to respect the rented premises and return them in the condition they were found. Furniture and objects provided must be used with care and only for their intended purpose.

- Damages: Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately to find a solution with the host.

- Respect for Neighbors: Guests agree to behave respectfully and not disturb the neighbors. Noise should be limited, both inside and outside, especially after 11:00 PM, to maintain a good relationship with the neighborhood.

- Condition of the Property upon Arrival: Upon arrival, guests must immediately report any defects or damage to the equipment to avoid future liability. In the absence of a report, guests may be held responsible for damages found after their arrival.

- Number of Guests: It is essential to indicate the exact number of people traveling with you so that we can prepare everything necessary for their comfort.

- Jacuzzi Use: To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines when using the jacuzzi:

- Shower before entering the jacuzzi to maintain the cleanliness of the water.
- Do not use the jacuzzi after 11:00 PM to respect the neighbors' tranquility.
- Children are not allowed to use the jacuzzi without adult supervision.
- Alcohol and glass objects are strictly prohibited in and around the jacuzzi.
- Water Change Fee: If the water in the jacuzzi needs to be changed due to non-compliance with the rules, a $200 fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
