This stylish city villa of no less than 206 m2 has a spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with access to a private terrace, an anteroom with a dining table for more than eight people and four bedrooms, two of which open onto the patio at the rear of the villa. This patio is covered with a shade cloth and equipped with an 8-person Fermob dining room table with chairs so that you can optimally enjoy the outdoors.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and fan and has its own bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. Our Eastborn box springs with toppers of 2.10 m are made with freshly washed bedding made of soft Egyptian cotton.

Of the four bedrooms, two bedrooms have a double box spring and two bedrooms have two separate single box springs. On request, the two separate single box springs in a bedroom can be set up as a 2-person box spring.
