Why they chose this property
We love the private pond that our condo overlooks! The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. Within walking distance (a block or two) we have a coffee shop, a nail salon, a dry cleaners, a pet store, a gas station (with live bait and basic necessities), a dental office, an upscale Mexican restaurant (Verde), and Culver's restaurant.
What makes this property unique
Our property is brand new and conveniently located near the interstate and a short drive to downtown Indianapolis, the Indianapolis International airport, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, The Carmel Arts District, several shopping malls, grocery stores, etc.
