Originally built in the 1900’s, Cottman Quarters is graciously designed with modern kitchen appliances, open floorplans, and private parking. Inside each space, you’ll have a full kitchen, and Smart TV for streaming.

We have security cameras on the exterior of the property, and in common area hallways. No cameras inside the apartment.

We’ll need to manually apply the pet fee through the resolution center, as it varies based on the length of your stay. Here are the rates:

1–4 nights: $50 flat
5–29 nights: $120 flat
30+ nights: $200 flat

Unauthorized guests: $100 per person
Late check out penalty: $200
Smoking penalty: $500
Excessive dirt/trash: $350

Unauthorized PARTIES and NOISE during quite hours are strictly prohibited, subject for penalties up to $1000 or more.
