Berry Hill Cabin consists of a 755 acre tract of land. The cabin is close to the center. The property roughly goes both a mile north and south from the cabin as well as half a mile to the east and west of it.
The property has a little bit of everything to offer which makes it unique. The Berryhill Cabin is located on a working cattle ranch. There are approximately 270 acres for the 45 head of momma cows and their babies that reside at the place. There are 50 acres of hay meadows to get the cattle through the winter. There is 80 acres on the very north end that was put into agriculture in 2023. Typically it raises soybeans in the summer and wheat in the spring and fall. There are 17 ponds on the place. Lastly we are nature enthusiasts. The remainder of the property is dedicated to 350 acres of timber, valleys and miles of trails that make up the majority of Berry Hill. Berry Hill is one of the highest points in the county at an elevation of 1030 feet.
