Why they chose this property
We love the Electra lake area! The house is set beneath the Hermosa Cliffs among a beautiful aspen grove. The location is perfect for exploring the San Juans, skiing at Purgatory, or recreating at Elektra lake. There are hiking trails nearby and biking opportunities are great. Durango is less than 30 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
We have recently remodeled much of the home and believe you will find it to be very comfortable and luxurious. The great room is spacious, but cozy at the same time. There is wonderful light during the day, and relaxing by the fire at night is the best. We just installed a brand new five person hot tub allowing you to soak to your heart's content after a day of recreation. Wander through the Aspens and enjoy the beauty of all Colorado has to offer!
