This spacious house sleeps 10, with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms downstairs. The 4th bedroom is open to the upstairs play area. With an open floor plan, plenty of room for everyone, and a comfortable atmosphere, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The fully-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and the dining area is perfect for family dinners after a day of exploring or hitting the slopes.
Relax in the spacious living room with a movie or game night, or step outside and soak in the Jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a meal under the pine trees. Kids will love the spacious play area upstairs, and you’ll have easy access to Tahoe's outdoor activities year-round.

This home is ideally situated for easy access to everything Tahoe has to offer. We’re just a short drive to the middle of Tahoe City (walkable/bikeable on the paved bike trail), where you can explore shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures. The nearby beach is a short walk away, perfect for picnics, swimming, and sunbathing during the warmer months, and in the winter, you’ll be close to the region’s best skiing and snowboarding resorts. The local favorite boat launch is next to the playground 2 blocks away.

My wife and I both grew up in Northern California and spent our childhood vacationing in Tahoe. As an avid golfer and skier, I feel fortunate to have a place like Lake Tahoe so close!
Why they chose this property
On a vacation we stayed in the neighborhood, walked down to the beach and fell in love with the area. We have spent many family vacations around the lake and it’s rare to find a public beach as serine and beautiful as the Lake Forest. A quick bike ride or walk on the newly refinished and improved bike trail will take you to the Tahoe City shops and restaurants. In the winter the road is always plowed and ski resorts are close. We don’t think you can find a much better home base for north Tahoe adventures!
What makes this property unique
This home is great for families with kids. Being on the lake side of the highway is rare. A flat lot with ample parking for cars, boats, trucks and trailers, rvs, is unique. Launch your boat/ boats, park and WALK back to the peer one of one.
Pomin park is two blocks away and walking to Sugar pine bakery for a coffee and fresh pastery is hard to beat.
