SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH!!! FANTASTIC DECK!! SUCH A GREAT CONDO!! SO NICELY DECORATED!! STAY HERE, just one block to beach and boardwalk.

Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with your family. There is plenty of room for all. Enjoy meals prepared in this fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and all amenities. The large dining table seats everyone all together. And the "great room" living/dining/kitchen lets everyone enjoy each other's company with plenty of room to spare. This is a first floor condo, one flight up above the ground/garage level.

CLOSE to the convention center in a CENTRALLY LOCATED less hectic boardwalk area near restaurants, mini golf, This location is a family favorite! You're close to everything that you want to do and see, like the ride and water park piers!!

The PREMISES are not available to group type rentals or any persons under the age of 25 unless accompanied/supervised by a parent or legal guardian. To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein. Check-in is in person, at our real estate office as outlined in the guest lease agreement. Check out is at 10am sharp.
