There are plenty of resort amenities to enjoy at this resort property situated beachfront in the heart of Sunny Isles–North Miami Beach, FL. This is a cozy and charming one bedroom ocean view suite featuring a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. There is also a microwave and mini-fridge. Please note that this suite does not have a kitchen; however, there is a restaurant and a breakfast café on site.

The resort is directly on the beach featuring lounge chairs and tiki huts. Beach chairs and towels are included. The onsite amenities include Lobby Café, Coconuts poolside bar & grill, day spa, fitness center, pool, kiddie pool, playground (currently inaccessible), towel service, scheduled activities, mini market, Valet parking (fee), concierge, laundry facility (fee), complimentary local calls, and ice vending machines.

UPDATE - Effective Aug. 11, 2023 The Pool, Pool deck and Coconut Bar & Grill is now open. Pool hours are from Sunrise to Sunset. Please note, Newport Beachside is still under renovation (including unit refurbishment project). Amenities and services may be discontinued to facilitate the progress of the renovation projects. The kid's playground will still be inaccessible during this time. Guests will have direct access to the beautiful beach to soak up the sun through a designated walkway. Resort will continue to offer all amazing beach amenities for your unforgettable getaway (subject to change at any time).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time Monday - Friday: 11am. Saturday and Sunday is 10am.
- Early Check-in or late Check-out is based upon availability (fee may apply).

BAGGAGE STORAGE:
- There is a bellman on site, who may store your luggage.
- Larger items such as bicycles cannot be stored.

Can you receive and hold packages for guests? Any limitations?
- Packages can be held for 24 hours at no cost. There is a charge per package per day after the first day, if the package is over 5lbs, the charge goes up per package per day per package. After 14 days the package will be returned to the sender. Please have packages marked with your name, "Hold for Guest Arrival” + date of arrival in the address box. Identification will be required for pick-up.

What languages are spoken at the resort?

PARKING:
- Yes, onsite self-parking is available for $25/tax per day fee.
- Valet-parking available for $38/tax, per day fee.

RESORT FEE:
- The resort fee is $30 per day plus tax ($33.90)
- Includes access to the pool, beach chairs and towels, incoming faxes, voicemail, local calls, and fitness center usage.
- Upon arrival (at check-in), security deposit hold of $75 per day will be authorized on your credit/debit card.

SMOKING:
- All of the rooms in the resort are smoke-free.
- There designated smoking areas on property.

PET POLICY:
Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort does accept pets (dogs) no larger than 40 lbs. There is a $100 non-refundable fee (per pet). Room damages found after departure may result in additional charge.

LAUNDRY
-There is a guest laundry facility on property. The washer costs $1.50 and the dryer costs $1.00.
