Easy walk to Downtown North Myrtle Beach

Welcome to our OCEANFRONT North MB condo with amazing views from the 8th floor. This 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is managed and cleaned by the owner so it is the perfect home away from home. As an extra cleaning precaution for my guests and myself, I have invested in an ozone generator which I run after each guest to clean and disinfect the air.

Windemere is on Ocean Blvd in one of the most desirable sections of North Myrtle Beach. Short walk, 4/10 mile, to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The space
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private double sink bathroom. It also has direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and has access to the second bathroom from the bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the living room sofa makes out into a queen bed for additional sleeping space.

The open concept living room and kitchen offers a beautiful view of the beach and is perfect for gathering and preparing meals as everyone enjoys each other’s company. The fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops offers a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, cooktop/oven, dishwasher, toaster and a blender. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, cream and sugar.

The condo has a new full size washer and dryer. We also furnish laundry detergent.

We provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bed linens and blankets. You will find a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is furnished along with a few other items you may have forgotten.

You will also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

For the beach, we furnish beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.

Our goal is to make your stay memorable and stress free.

We ask our guests to respect and treat our condo as if it were their own and to leave it as they found it. There are cleaning supplies and cloths under the kitchen sink for messes.
Guest access
Keyless entry using a unique code and is changed with the departure of each guest.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and staying in the condo.

Maximum number of guests is eight (8). No visitors allowed in the condo without prior approval from the owner.

Daily housekeeping services are NOT included in the rental rate. But if anything is needed, just let me know.

If you would like to have the sliding glass doors open, please turn off the air conditioner before doing so. Otherwise, the air conditioner may freeze up leaving you without air conditioning.

This is a non smoking rental. No smoking of any type in the condo or anywhere in the building.

No Pets per HOA rules

No Parties

The resort does NOT allow motorcycles, trikes, RV’s or trailers on the premises.

This resort has an indoor pool and spa. Please note there is NOT an outdoor pool.

Please note the gas grills, fire table and fitness center are not offered to guests.

Charcoal grills are available to our guests along with tables to dine outside.

Parking garage - Levels 1 and 2 are covered. Level 3 is open.

If you feel the possibility there could be an interruption in your travel plans, it is advisable to retain travel insurance.
