About this property

Share this Historic Brownstone with the Host

While we offer personal privacy, this space complies with New York City's Local Law 18. Consequently, please be aware of the following:

1. Occupancy can be up to two guests while you stay with us. Please follow the rules posted here or on the booking service, or your reservation will be canceled.

2. While you have privacy, you will reside in the same unit as the host during your stay. You will share our living room and kitchen.

Experience the best of NYC from a serene Brownstone block. This centrally located spot offers easy access to both New York JFK and LaGuardia airports to the East, and Manhattan to the West, making your travel a breeze.

Enter the property through the historic iron areaway fence and gate, walk up the concrete walkway with planting area, and towards the wrought-iron door beneath the stoop.

Your home away from home offers the experience of a history brownstone living with modern amenities.  After entering, straight ahead, you will see a historic multi-purpose dumbwaiter that was very useful in the early 1900s.  To the left is your sleeping area with 2 Queen beds and historic window shutters. Further into the space, you have a seating area for relaxing, and straight ahead is a full kitchen.  A full private bathroom is off to the side, and partial access to the backyard is available.

Charming homes such as these are beautiful in many ways.  However, they still have some quirks that add to the charm. For instance, while our house is generally quiet after 10:00 pm, you might hear us walking upstairs periodically.  You might even hear the heating during the winter, or the water pressure might not be as forceful as The Four Seasons Hotel.

Notwithstanding, the experience of your stay and your NYC visit will be what you remember when you shared our mother-in-law suite with us.
