Beside the dining area is a door which leads to the large screened-in deck area which overlooks a large swath of Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! A outdoor dining table is provided for your enjoyment of this wonderful view.

The living room furniture is new and adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas. Lovely features such as a new couch and love seat make enjoying the wall-mounted Smart TV a pleasure. There is a side door here that takes you to the side deck and grill area as well as the lagoon.

Behind the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, HDTV and a large en-suite primary bathroom. The mattress and bedding are new! The en-suite primary bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower and a granite-topped two sink vanity.
