We loved our time at Unplug. It was the perfect little retreat for our snow trip. The space was clean, functional and fun for the kids. They loved sleeping in the loft. The Sauna was such a treat after a day on the slopes. We will be back!
This was a great little stay. We had six people in it. If you're just sleeping there six people works great. It might be a little tight if you want to hang out and play board games and that sort of thing. For four to 5 people it's fantastic for everything. One thing that you probably don't consider in Brian Head is internet speed and this place has it. Most the places we stay at have very slow internet speeds which makes it kind of tough if you want to watch a movie or something. This place has fantastic internet.

An Adventure to say the least!
We were notified several hours before checking in that the lock code was not working and then it had to be changed and that all was fixed. Door lock battery had died by the time we attempted to check in. Several attempts were made by myself and VRBO to get ahold of host. 9 hrs later - finally made contact and then was able to get in the unit. My two children and I had to sleep all night in the car in 16 weather with groceries that some of them had gone bad due to the circumstances. Thankfully the sauna code did work and my children were able to stay in there while I continued to make attempts to make contact. To top it off, the second floor window was left frozen open by the previous renters. We did get the door lock and the window fixed at around noon, but it wasn’t until night time that we realized it either the heaters weren’t working or it just was taking a really long time to heat up the place. The property management and host were responsive and helpful after the beginning major hurdle. Overall the house unit was beautiful and had it not been for those issues from the beginning, I think we would have had a much better experience. Something to note- There is 6 units and only 5 parking spots, only one electric charger in the lot. If you don’t get a spot, you do have to park at the town hall- about a 10 minute walk down the hill. VRBO attempted to help us in connecting to another property and I was thankful for their efforts in the middle of the night.
