This apartment is a "RESIDENCE UNIT" which is located in the same complex with the Hotel; however, is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with or by the Hotel
so some services such as room service, laundry and dry cleaning service, engineering, daily housekeeping are not available.

All guests must register and the occupancy limit (4) should not be exceeded at the front desk before check-in and sign the rules & regulations form of the condominium. The guest must be at least 21 years old to check-in. There is a $35 per night mandatory resort fee collected by the hotel. (This fee is not included in the price) The fee is for the unit and covers all guests. After the registration, you will have a free access to the POOL and GYM facilities. However, access to the SPA is reserved exclusively for guests who have booked a service. Please note that the SPA is not available without a service purchase.
