Part of a condominium complex known as 'The Beach Club’ each condo has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with icemaker, granite countertops equipped with dishes, pots and pans. Bedroom with queen size bed and pull-out sofa for 2 children up to 12 yrs. Includes two beach badges and weekly or daily accommodations available.
Checking in: Check-in is at 3 pm and we use a keyless entry with a four-digit passcode. Once your room is ready we will text you with the four-digit passcode. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible!
Checking Out: Check-out is promptly at 11 AM EST - no late checkouts can be provided. Please text us once you've checked out
Parking: We assign one parking spot per unit
Beach Badges: Beach badges are not required until June 26th of the current year. You will receive two beach badges per unit that will be left on the table in the kitchen upon your arrival. Upon checkout please leave your beach badges on the same table. Each badge not returned upon checkout will incur a $40 fee per badge.
