Summary:
This property has been lovingly renovated and furnished. Each room features photographs of historic Salmon. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen and a newly installed bathroom.

You will receive a four digit code prior to your arrival that will operate the exterior doors. The home sleeps five, in two queen beds and one twin. The bedroom with the twin bed is equipped with a large desk for guests who need to work while they are in Salmon. The combination locks provide 24 hour access. Arrive when you like.

The home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The property is 0.8 mile from Salmon's downtown area with its coffee shops and restaurants, an easy walk or a very quick drive.

The Space:
You will receive a four digit code prior to your arrival that will operate the exterior doors. The home sleeps five, in two queen beds and one twin. The bedroom with the twin bed is equipped with a large desk for guests who need to work while they are in Salmon.

Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2, maximum weight up to 40 lbs. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $70 and an additional fee of $20 per pet per day. Dogs left alone in the home must be crated. Other pet policies apply: please review our House Rules for our full pet policies.

Guest Access:
We have keypad access to exterior doors. Guests receive a unique code through portal messaging a few days before their stay begins.

Getting Around:
The home is 0.8 miles from downtown Salmon, an easy walk or a very quick drive.

Other Things to Note:
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.

Interaction with Guests:
We will respect your privacy. Access is via a code to the door. If you need us, housekeeping and maintenance staff are located very nearby.
