This beautiful well furnished home is so comfortable you may never want to leave! Nestled into the countryside with a very large front and back yard with pecan trees, an inground swimming pool this property feels like you finally made it home! This is a quiet neighborhood only a very short drive to several towns and a very easy and relatively short drive to larger cities. This home is in the community of Pricedale right off of Hwy 44 about 11 miles east of McComb and 13 miles north of Tylertown. We are a very easy and short drive to several larger cities if needed. There are 2 dollar stores a convience store and a great short order kitchen just a mile away. For your enjoyment in the back yard is a very large brick bbq pit as well as a gas grill. Lounge by the pool or take a stroll through the countryside.
