Guest access

The drive up to the cabin is a one-car lane, so please drive slowly. The entire drive up is paved, however the parking area is flat and gravel. There is no need for a 4-wheel drive vehicle or truck. Ample parking.

Other things to note

Designated parking directly in front of the cabin can accommodate up to two vehicles. There is a gravel drive with a turn-around area next to the cabin. Motion detection lighting and stair lights are in place to assist with nighttime navigation.

The wooded area behind the cabins is host to an abundance of wildlife, including, for example, wild turkeys, deer, fox, and an occasional black bear. The wildlife are generally elusive and avoid humans. We don't want that relationship to shift, so feeding or approaching wildlife is strongly discouraged. Also, no weapons or hunting permitted on premises.

Perfection in Asheville

I could write a story about how wonderful this place is, but will try to summarize. When we arrived it was just exactly as described. We noticed immediately that every detail was carefully thought out, and they really care you have a great time. Extremely clean and cozy. The view is so peaceful with the mountains through the trees. We even saw the horses running in the near distance. It snowed TWICE and loved how pretty it was. We enjoyed the coffee options and listened to the records too! Being a fellow artist I was particularly happy seeing the original pieces throughout the cabin, so beautiful! Kari was the perfect host and this cabin reflected this. Highly recommend!
