Luxurious two bedroom just completely reformed, one bathroom, 900 sqr feet unit, walking distance of best Condado beaches and tourist zone with 24/7 supermarkets and next to hotels, restaurants, casinos and cafeterias. The apartment is full of natural light with awesome views to Condado and the Ocean. It comes with a parking spot with beeper access control and is located in a renovated quiet building in one of the most beautiful areas of Condado, San Juan.
The apartment was recently renovated with wood-like tile floors, fully equipped (beach towels, linen, etc) and furnished with taste and elegance to the tiniest detail. All 2 bedrooms and living room have beautiful views to the city and ocean. Fully equipped modern Italian ARAN kitchen with state of the art appliances overseeing airy bright living room with washer, dryer. All rooms have A/C units or mini splits. Wi-Fi 250 mbps internet connection for the entire apartment.
Master bedroom has queen size bed and cable QLED Smart Samsung 55” tv. Guest bedroom with two twin beds. We have a portable crib. Living room with entertainment center with cable OLED LG 55” Smart TV and dining area. Daily cleaning service not included. Maybe be provided at extra charge.
The apartment has a delightful new balcony with swivel chairs and brand new roll up storm shutters

Great pre-cruise location

I was most impressed with the prompt communication with Manuel and Cristina. The VRBO was as promoted. Easy Ubers from the airport and to Old SanJuan. Close to a grocery market.We had window views from 3 sides. Great balcony. Good air conditioning in each room.Nice stay! Thanks!

Beautiful apartment!

Apartment is just as the photos - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location near several restaurants and shops. Communication with Cristina was wonderful and timely. I would definitely return but for a longer stay!

Convenient location!

The apartment is located at a central location. Plenty of eateries and walking distance to condado beach. We felt very safe and the Manuel and Christina were extremely helpful. We will definitely go back again.

Granddaughter’s Graduation

Very comfortable and clean. Great for its location if you’re looking for places to eat and nightlife! The beach is pretty but not for swimming! Must travel elsewhere! It would be better if there was a pool nearby! Shopping is plentiful with a supermarket nearby and not too expensive! Would definitely recommend it for adults and would return!

Wonderful apartment and great host

We stayed for 29 days and the apartment was perfect for us. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with great beds/bedding, and a well-appointed kitchen. Manuel and Christina are very gracious hosts.

Great place for families

This was a great place in the city to stay with our family. Pretty easy to get too off the highway which makes it a good central base for PR adventures. Safe, laid back neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a grocery are all an easy walk away. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to us during checkin.

Great trip for our family of four

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was very clean and well appointed with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. It was well organized, was within walking distance of stores, restaurants, parks and the beach and even offered a view of the ocean.

Don’t stay anywhere else.

The hosts were great! Communication was great, super helpful and flexible folks. The lockbox was exactly as described. Parking was good and really helpful to have. Location gave us great access to everything we wanted to get to. Apartment was terrific, extremely well appointed and clean. It was stocked already with everything we needed and more. I would stay here again and again.

Final Day In Puerto Rico.

My wife and I rented for one night and were happy with the one-night stay, place was beautifully kept. The only issue we had was with the remote for the Television in the bedroom we slept. The remote was not functioning the batteries needed to be replaced and also when we turned on the television in the living room the television in the bedroom turned on, the reason for that was that the TV in the bedroom was directly on the other side of the living room wall causing one of the remotes to turn on both televisions. I can say it was a great place to stay 8 minuets from the airport 5min from the beach walking distance to restaurant. Thanks Cristina for everything You get 5 Stars. Luis & Evelyn.

Absolutely wonderful condo

Condo looks better in person. We felt so comfortable , everything was perfect. Super clean with modern appliances. There’s a 24hr supermarket few blocks away. We walked late at night and felt safe. It Was nice coming back to a quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. We Uber everywhere, waited less than 5min for every Uber. On our way back to the airport, we realized we forgot few items left on the dresser. We contacted Cristina and she said she would bring the items to us at the airport. What wonderful service, Cristina went above and beyond. I would highly recommend booking this condo if you want top notch experience. Thank you Cristina for your service and kindness!!!

5-day Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay. We are a family of four and the apartment was very comfortable, centrally located to many amenities (including a large grocery store) and quiet at night. The front door drags on the floor and is difficult to open and close - getting that fixed is our only recommendation. We hope to stay there again in the future. Great Place

We stayed for two nights. It was a great location. Free secure parking (which is a big plus now that my trip is done and we had the catalytic converter stolen off our rental car when we had it parked on the street!) Great to have a washer & dryer. Great shower. AC in each room. Comfy beds. Didn't use the kitchen much but it looked pretty well equipped. Overall pretty lovely place to stay. - oh the door to the apartment seems to have warped a bit probably due to humidity so it scrapes the floor now- makes a kinda loud noise. They might want to get that fixed.
