The space
Stay at VIVA Residences/Unit 202 in the heart of San Pedro. This is a spacious one bedroom one full bath apartment on the second floor. You will have to walk up stairs to the unit. It is an ideal space for a couple to enjoy their stay. This unit has everything that you may need during your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and closet area. There is a safe in the closet area as well. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for you to use. It has a very spacious shower and it has a beautiful mirror to get ready for your tropical island day. The towels are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV to enjoy some movies after your touristy day. The kitchen area has some top grade appliances. These include a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils and a dining table with chairs to sit down and eat your home cooked meals. This beautiful and modern apartment will meet all your needs and more.

There is a shared balcony off of the unit that is for your use. Take your morning coffee outside while you watch San Pedro town start its day. Maybe take your evening cocktail and watch the sunset. This is the perfect place to people watch and watch that beautiful sun.
Other things to note
We will meet you at your arrival, whether it be at one of the hopper flights or water taxi. If you rent a golf cart, they are there at your arrival as well to hand you the keys. You can then follow us to the apartment and we are happy to give you a little tour of the island on the way. We try our absolute best to make our guests feel at home.

Please note that there is a potential for noise in the area due to some construction. The construction working hours are from 9am and finishes around 5pm. Please do not let this stray you away from staying with us, as there is so much to explore on the island. As you can see in our past reviews, people have been very happy with the accommodations.
