Excellently placed condo apartment walking distance from the Oaks mall, North Florida Hospital, restaurants and so much more!

Comfortable and elegant apartment with balcony, swimming pool and gym!

This condo ideally sleeps 6 since there is one bathroom to share, but we do have extra bedding for up to two more guests if you are traveling with a larger crowd. You can look at house rules to see how to confirm up to two extra guests

This condo is elegantly decorated to suit comfort and style into your stay.

Cozy and comfortable living room area with a 65 inch 4K Roku TV.
The high dining table chairs 4 people, if you need more space you can enjoy your meal with a charming view in the screened in balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to dine in.

The queen bedroom is spacious and lit up by your private glass french doors that go to the balcony. There is also another TV mounted on the wall with ROKU so you can Netflix and Chill :)

The Twin study room is equipped with two twin beds and a small desk for your work or study needs.

Lots of storage space for your things in bedrooms and hallway closets.

The floor was very dirty and a very wired smell in the condo and the beds were not clean at all

Gainesville Gameday Stay

Accommodations were very clean and comfortable . Shower has great water pressure! Easy to find, plenty of parking. Close to campus for a cheap Uber ride. Only issue was the neighbor went outside to talk on her phone right outside our bedroom window several times throughout the night. I thought the window was open at one point because I could hear her whole conversation clearly. Windows were closed. Otherwise, great stay!

Not great

We were asked to check in later due to cleaning in progress. When we arrived, we had no laundry. They droppednit off an hour later. We cleaned the ceiling fans ourselves bc they were covered in dust!

Christmas Vacation

The tub was cracked causing it to leak in the down stairs apartment so we couldn't run water to take showers. One bed was broke and the other wasn't completely setup. Overall it was miserable.
