In town for family wedding

We really just needed a homey place to sleep, etc. For the 3 of us, this was much better financially and comfortable than a hotel. Host was responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

I love this area and so do the guests. A very quiet residential neighborhood, close to the famous Riveroad in Grafton and many other sites.

I feel what makes the property unique is, the coziness feel. Quiet neighborhood where guests like to bird watch. Many Eagles.
