Curacao is a lovely, airy, remodeled beach house that has it all!
Great location in Miramar Beach - easy walk to the county's largest beach access! Curacao is a large, bright beach house with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms sleeping up to 14. It is 2 blocks from our driveway to the white beach sand.
In the backyard you'll find the private, heated pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee) with lounge chairs perfect for soaking in the Destin sun in the private fenced in backyard. There are chairs, loungers, and a firepit. There is a gas grill to host memorable BBQs for your whole group.
Indoors you can prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and all the cookware you could need during your stay.

The house has everything you need but beach towels! It was awesome. One family with children upstairs, one family with children downstairs and grandparents on the main. Mitch was very well stocked. Golf cart a big plus! Would definitely stay again.

Great space!

Our family had a great trip in this house! Our only drawbacks were we wished the pool was a bit larger for how many the house can hold. For family’s with small children, note that the kids bunk room is on the level of exterior exits to the pool, garage, and just a flight of stairs from the front door. Just something to be aware of but GREAT space, super nice and accessible owner and property manager, great neighborhood and we made the walk to the beach several times with many toddlers. It’s close and easy! Thanks!

Can't give good review, too many issues for price

Home was good, several issues we addressed were handled, pool area was good, grill was not clean, golf cart key was not in box had to make several calls to correct. We had several issues with areas not cleaned well. We don't recommend due to construction noise next door at this time. Location was ok, we've stayed in better locations.

Enough room for 9 adults.

Enjoyed the large extra long pub table and 10 chairs. Glad we rented the 6 passenger golf cart. Easy to get to beach, coffee shop, and souvenir store. Pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t working so owner promptly refunded the fee.

Family Fun!

Great house for our Family gathering! Grandchildren & Adults enjoyed Beach time & pool time! Very nice outdoor accommodations! Loved the large dining table!

FAMILY BEACH TRIP

The house was very clean which was important as we had 4 children under 4. The pool was perfect for our family and nice to relax and enjoy the sun about the pool. The golf cart was a must for us but you can walk to the beach as well. A few minor issues were fixed promptly by the property manager. I would gladly rent from them again!!!

Ladies Weekend

The location and property were perfect for our ladies weekend. A wonderful kitchen with a 10 seat island that we literally hung out around all the time. Bedrooms and baths were great and the coastal interior was beautiful. Our hosts were very available for any questions and information. Loved our stay!!!

Highly recommended

Great house near a great beach! Very clean, updated, and comes with useful amenities. Make sure to pay the extra for the golf cart and to heat the pool. We had a problem with one of the exterior doors not locking and maintenance fixed it within 3 days. Overall good communication and would stay here again.

Great vacation week for the 4th of July

Great house with lots of room, amazing kitchen area. Fit all 8 of us but an extra refrigerator would have been useful. The pool is very small but refreshing. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart. Had a wonderful week 😀

Great place to stay!

Lots of space for our group. Pool was nice for the little ones and for lounging. Very nice set up with the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and grill were nice for making dinner at the house. Golf cart was a must!

Perfect location

Quiet street, great outdoor area and beautiful house. The golf cart is perfect to get to the beach and drive up the scenic road. The kids loved the pool and spent hours swimming. Lots of stores and restaurants to get to on the golf cart and grocery stores a short drive away. We had a wonderful time.

Clean and modern

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Treasures. The house was spotless, and having our own private pool was great. The kitchen has everything we needed. The golf cart was great, but the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Enjoyed having access to the bikes, pool, golf cart, canopy, beach chairs, table, etc for beach use. The chairs and umbrella at the beach was also very nice and the gentleman who set those up was great.

Escape from the Kentucky Derby

My experience was perfect, everyone enjoyed it. The house was more than we expected. Kitchen is stocked for a chef. Location to beach is simple, chairs provided, everything we dreamed of .Beds was comfy. I hated to leave.

Family getaway

We had a great time at Sunny Treasure. It was my family of 4 plus in-laws (family of 3) it was great that we could each have our own floor of the house and own bathrooms. Paying for the golf cart and heating the pool was totally worth it. We loved the pool noodles, sand toys, and beach chairs/tent/wagon that was supplied. The owners were great at responding quickly with any questions we had. Pompino Joe’s had amazing food and was just a couple of blocks away. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up daily for us was a great perk too! We loved spending the mornings or evenings at the beach and swimming in the pool in the afternoon when it was shaded :) If you want total privacy in the backyard this may not be for you as the neighbors can see in from their balconies - but we didn’t have any problems with the other renters.

The beach was great- short 6 minute walk

Location next to loud RV park, house is great. We had 6 of us and it was just right! Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Golf cart was a great add on!

Beautiful, clean property minutes from the beach!

Two families of five stayed at this property and there was tons of room to spread out! Walk to the beach was easy and when we had a few cooler/windy days we hung back and swam in the backyard pool. There is a fair amount going on beachside but the area near the house was calm and not rowdy at all. A perfect way to spend spring vacation with teenagers and tween children!

This was our first family getaway during COVID. The property was so clean and well put together. We had 3 different families staying in the same house and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space. We had 3 young kids and the smaller pool was perfect for them!

So Much Room!

The property was super clean, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and had SO MUCH ROOM! We were down for a school related event and knew we'd have lots of visitors in and out. We were able to enjoy ourselves without being piled on top of one another. Great stay!

Great stay

Overall we loved our stay! The property was beautiful and in a great location! Definitely worth paying extra to heat the pool and for the golf cart! The kitchen was well stocked as well with everything we needed for cooking. We did notice that when we got there, there was sand/gritty feeling on the ground...but it is a beach house. When I brought it to their attention, they were great about asking if we wanted someone to come out to clean it for us. My suggestions would be making sure that if you are traveling there with young children - bring your own childproof door locks as most of the rooms have direct access to either balconies or the pool. They do have a lock up high for the doors out to the pool, but they we had to call to get them put back together as apparently a piece was missing. Thankfully they were great about sending someone out that night. My suggestion to the property owners would be to make sure there is a door alarm or better lock on the sliding door in the living room since this also has direct access to the pool. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but when there is a pool and little kiddos, I like many safety buffers. We moved the couch to block the sliding door, so between that, and the childproof door handles that we got on a quick target run when we got there - we made it work! And everything else was wonderful! Would definitely still recommend or return. Miramar beach was amazingly beautiful! Thanks!!
