Your family and friends will enjoy a comfortable living area plus three bedrooms and two baths. A plethora of activities exist in Park City year around. Enjoy skiing/boarding, skating, snowmobiling, biking, hiking, concerts and festivals depending on the season. Spend time shopping, dining, visiting the Farmers Market (in season) and more! A community hot tub (November through April) and shared laundry facilities are available as well. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. We continue to refresh the unit with updated bedroom furnishings including dressers and nightstands (2024), improved bed configuration and all Smart TVs (2023) and blinds throughout for additional privacy (2022).

We’ll cared for property in a convenient location. Well equipped kitchen. Could walk to slopes but I didn’t see anyone do it. Bus stop is out front but we used the First Time carpool lot for a very easy in/out. Would be perfect with a real fireplace and in-unit laundry!
We stayed 3 nights in park city and were a short walk away from the ski lifts. The condo was a great size for our family of 6 and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
This condo has been recently renovated and was very tastefully decorated. Owners communicated well and were accommodating. Location is great for skiing--a bus right at the parking lot goes to the mountains/lifts nearby, as well as to historic Park City. Kitchen was well equipped, and there were some games and puzzles to keep our early-riser kid occupied while others slept in. We'd definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.
Family spring break trip with our four children. Condo location was ideal. We easily ubered to and from airport and then we were able to walk everywhere. We could walk 7min to the ski lifts at Park City and the main strip of Park City is about a 12 min walk away. The condo is a great size with everything you need. Host was easily contacted if we needed. The whole four night stay was easy and we had a great time.
The condo was cozy and provided good space while being walking distance to park city lifts, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. Would be happy to stay here again.
This was our second time staying and it was just as clean and comfortable as the first stay. It also helped that we were even more familiar with the area and how to get around. It doesn't get much more convenient. Right out the front door are your bus stops and you'll be 2 or 3 stops to the mountain base or a short ride to Main Street. 5 minutes walk to grocery store or just across the street to 711 for essentials. The condo is equipped with the basics that will you need for cooking your own meals. The unit is clean, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The community hot tub is great for after those long ski days. Deb's communication is punctual and she has previously given great recommendations.
Perfect location, easy walk to slopes, bus stop out the front door, walkable to grocery/restaurants. Place was warm, cozy, and comfortable, had everything we needed for a 3-night stay with friends.
Deb's condo was in the perfect location for accessing the slopes. It was the perfect size for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Deb was amazing with recommendations and accommodating our requests. Would definitely stay again.
We had a group of 6 adults, and all fit perfectly in the condo. We were in town for Sundance and took advantage of the easy bus stop and walking distance to the theaters we had movies at. The condo was well stocked, with easy parking and we had great directions/communication around everything. We would love to stay here again for future Sundnace Film Festivals.
The property manager is extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. She even provided recommendations that our family enjoyed.
Uber worked out great for us to get to and from the airport. Then the shuttle bus (MyStop App) is an easy way to get downtown.
The condo is extremely clean and spacious. It was more than enough room for our family of four. There is another condo being built right outside the sliding door / balcony, but you can still see some of the mountain.
Walking to the base of the mountain is uphill. So I’d recommend catching the shuttle bus, especially if you have your ski boots on.
We rented from Ski N See and stored the skis overnight (they don’t store poles or boots). Great service and conveniently located at the base of the mountain. It’s also less expensive than renting through Epic when buying our lift tickets.
Grocery store is a short walk. We carried emptied backpacks to fill them for our walk back. There is also a 7/11 and a Starbucks just across the street.
The hot tub is just across the sidewalk and located at the next building. We were worried it may be overcrowded but no one else used it while we were in it.
My only recommendation would be to replace the queen bed with a king bed in the master bedroom.
All in all, we loved staying at this condo and the responsiveness by the property manager. We will be staying here again!!
The condo had everything we needed! It was in walking distance to the slopes, it had a rack in the entry way to hold your skis and boots, the free bus to Main Street was right in front of the complex, it was close to the grocery and liquor store, the fire place provided extra warmth and coziness. There wasn’t a lot of parking if you had a rental car, but we had no trouble getting a spot. I don’t have any complaints. Just one suggestion…and it’s minor, we could have used a tray for our Charcuterie and appetizers we made. But made due by using the cutting board in place of a tray. In the end the condo was everything we were looking for in our stay.

Only negative was no air conditioning in condo. This is something I overlooked by just assuming but there were fans in every bedroom. Condo has been remodeled and is great! Would definItly recommend and will stay again!
This property was great for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was ideal for everything Park City has to offer. We were able to walk to Park City Mountain and Main St or take the free bus system. On-site parking was plentiful. The amenities inside the apartment were clean and as listed in the ad. Our kids were excited to find the games in the closet! We will definitely consider staying here again if we return to Park City.
Couple plus young child visited. Condo is very clean and kitchen well stocked. Location is very close to base of PC mountain and there is plenty of parking on site. Beds could be more comfortable (master queen and bunk beds; queen BR 2 has newer, more comfortable bed) and bathrooms are small. But plenty of living space (lots of board games and puzzles) and overall great value for the money. Easy checkin and check out process. Deb was responsive, albeit we didn’t need her much!
Unit is just a very short walk to Park City lifts and has been recently updated. Kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of room for 6 people. Park City bus stop just in front of building makes it very easy to get around. Short walk to grocery store. Didn’t use the building amenities (such as hot tub) so can’t comment on them. Check-in and check-out was super easy.
Fantastic Property!! Bus/shuttle stop is literally right out the front door so access to and from Park City mountain couldn’t of been any easier. Property was clean and updated and perfect for our party of 5. Deb was super responsive and helpful as well. 5 star! Highly recommend
This condo is amazing. It was clean, cozy, and stocked with essentials. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the mountain which is perfect, and the Park City bus stop is right outside. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient and no car needed for the entire stay. Shuttle from SLC to the condo. Walking distance to grocery store, town bus stops right out front and will take you to town or to the front steps of PCMR. Deb's recommendations for ski rentals worked out great and we were able to store skis at the mountain so that we didn't have to carry anything but our boots to and from the mountain. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prep meals which was helpful with 2 kids. Highly recommend staying here!
