I am a student-athlete at IU Indianapolis. Being on the golf team requires a lot of travel having us stay in many different Vrbo's which encouraged me to start one of my own. I love the idea of real estate investing and pleasing others. Vrbo is the perfect way to do both and I can start my investing portfolio and accommodate to the highest level for my guests to give them a great experience.
Why they chose this property
The location of this property is perfect. Having a corner lot allowing for more privacy is great. Only being a 10-minute walk from Lucas-Oil Stadium and the Convention Center makes it very convenient. Also having Kelly Park directly across the street is great for not only but adults.
What makes this property unique
This property is newly built in 2024 with modern colors making it visually appealing. Not only visually appealing but very comfortable as the bedrooms are very spacious. Besides the beautiful house itself, the location is truly amazing being minutes from downtown.
