Stay comfortably in Fort Myers at this 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the second floor overlooking the first fairway at one of the top 10 par 67 golf courses in the country. Enjoy the open concept condo with beautiful views, a fully screened lanai, and office space with a futon. There is a a newly remodeled club house that includes a large bar and restaurant so you don't have to leave the country club. There are also clay tennis courts, 5 pools, and a fitness room. This is a gated community and offers covered parking. This property also offers AC, a washing and dryer, all and more for your convenience. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
