Upstairs: Living room with a large reclining sectional, 65” TV, Full kitchen w/breakfast bar seating & dining room with table for 6 ,3 separate bedrooms, TV’s in each, with 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full), 2 full baths (one of which is an on-suite), Laundry room with high-capacity washer/dryer, Screened in deck with outdoor seating & propane fire table.

Downstairs: Master suite w/additional living area inc. 55” TV, & King bed, couch & swing chair, Kitchenette w/fridge & microwave, 5th bedroom w/twin over twin bunk bed, 24" TV & desk, 3rd full bathroom, Pool table, Workout area with treadmill & elliptical bike, Screened in patio with outdoor couch & hot tub.

The house has central heat and air throughout the home, with separate thermostats to control the upstairs and downstairs. A mesh routing system blankets the home with WIFI.

Small (20lbs or less) house-trained dogs are welcome (limit-2). The yard is fully fenced and the home has doggie doors for ease of access.
