I adore downtown! I love the architecture, walking distance to Gibson Park, Rivers Edge Trail, Civic Center, CMRussell museum,Water Park, pubs, restaurants and shopping.
What makes this property unique
This Grand Victorian was built in 1889 and has great bones. The pocket doors and trim are the work of true craftsmen and the high ceilings give a spacious feeling to the rooms. The formal front entry with open staircase and built in bookcase is another special feature and the covered front porch is lovely to sit in the evening and enjoy the people walk and bike.
