Fantastic Property - Will Stay Again

Convenient location just south of Waco.. Out of the hustle and bustle but close to the action, easy access to McClain Stadium and Downtown. Nice Place.

Be prepared

First, this is in a good location on the outskirts of Waco. The drive to supplies are about 5-10 mins away. That being said, you will need supplies. We had 2 towels per person,

Needs some improvement

The tub drained slowly in master and the stool not bolted on one side. The place was not cleaned well, items left under all 3 beds, cobwebs in windows, etc. We did receive our cleaning fee back which was appreciated. The layout of living, Dining, and kitchen was great. It would be good to build up the supply of dishes, utensils, etc. for people who stay for a week and choose to cook and eat there . It was easy to hop onto to I35 to get to Waco and Dallas area. Hopefully they get things straightened out with cleaning crew so that this will be a really good rental.
