Welcome to our vacation condo. We retired and relocated here in 2000 from Long Island NY, and found this lovely condo on the beach. Since we wanted to share this lovely ocean view with others, we decided to make it available to families looking for a vacation in Carolina Beach. I have enjoyed meeting the families and having them return multiple times during their summer vacations. We have also opened it up for renters who enjoy spending the winter months at the beach. We enjoy meeting the various renters and keeping their favorite weeks available for them each year. Why they chose this property
We decided to purchase this property after seeing it advertised in the newspaper. When we arrived and opened the door, my vision of the ocean was breathtaking. So much so, that I brought my husband, who had been in the hospital, to see it. The prior owners had moved to the top floor and were ready to sell this one on the second floor. Knowing that they were eager to stay in the building, gave us the courage and support we needed to purchase their condo.
We continue to enjoy our double deck facing the beautiful ocean and do not regret making the purchase.
