The studio is brand new and is a welcome addition to our existing and popular listing 620932 de zalze luxury villa. The studio boasts stunning views and comes fitted with brand new appliances, aircon, open plan living, fireplace and an awesome heated plunge pool !!! The studio is within a short walking distance to the clubhouse for golf, drinks and meals. Activities on this estate include golf (of course !), walking, cycling, fishing and there is a winery and top 10 rated restaurant on the estate. We are some 5 minutes by car to Stellenbosch town and the many wineries, restaurants and markets. Come and have an unforgettable time with us.
