Breathe Easy Here in Buda, 3 bedroom/2 full bathrooms
Relax in a peaceful and very tidy place to stay here in Buda, Tx. Enjoy being close to so much to do, just twenty minutes to Austin on a good day, an hour to San Antonio visiting every place in between, and thirty-five minutes to New Braunfels; with the Hill Country just west where you can enjoy the many wineries, breweries and distilleries within a half-hour away. Enjoy Buda, with the Farmers Market on weekends, vintage shops, restaurants and bars, and family adventures. Located close to downtown Historic Buda, a short walk away or a couple minutes driving, and have the bonus of grocery stores, gas stations less than five-minutes away. Buda is a hidden gem, and a place I am grateful to call home.
NOTE: The home comfortably can accommodate 5 guests. The 3 bedrooms include comfortable beds of a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, 2 full bathrooms and an air mattress with extra bedding if needed. The home is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends. Please contact me for a 6th guest as to ensure I can meet your needs.

This home is very special to me, as I do live in the home for part of the year and have owned the home for over fifteen years. How clean you find the home is actually how I live my life and maintain the home; thus, please pick up after yourself/guests as the cleaning fee only covers sanitation cleaners. I personally remodeled and upgraded the home and take great pride and care of the home.
In the past few years, I've really enjoyed renting/sharing my space to travelers like yourself, family and friends from out of town. It’s a great spot to discover Buda, Austin, all the way down to San Antonio and all the Hill Country. The neighborhood is filled with everyone who has been here for the last 30 years. All the neighbors and I know each other well and are always willing to help a neighbor. I have so many great memories attached to this home, and I am convinced that you will too.
Please read the full House Manual that includes the house rules, and where you’ll find lots of useful information compiled to help my guests make the most of their stay. There are instructions on how to use the appliances, recommendations for nearby restaurants, and shopping areas nearby - it's all covered!

I take cleanliness to another level, because I live in the home half of the year. Therefore, my guest(s) are rest assured that the home is sanitized after every guest(s) stay. I am a big advocate for a clean space, and would not allow anyone to stay in a space that isn't to my standard of living. My goal is for my guest(s) to always feel comfortable, in a space that has them feeling restful and energized.
