PARADISE BEACH CLUB WILL BE UNDERGOING A ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT STARTING 4/21/25 THROUGH 6/21/25. 2br 2 bath in a 49 unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, queen and 1 twin in second bedroom. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Location great, building nice, unit worn

Special location right in the beach. Short walk or bike ride to all the things you might need. Kitchen well equipped. Beds are two queens and two twin - no kings. Two baths is nice feature. Overall property is very well maintained pool is very clean and grounds and common areas well maintained and show well. Unit itself is north east facing so no sun except very early morning. Only disappointment really was condition of unit and furnishings. Worn and dated. Several little things not working and couch stained etc. It’s fine we still enjoyed ourselves but can’t ignore the nuisances. common areas

Beautiful Beach Vacation

The closest I have ever been to the beach. Sitting on the balcony or by the pool, you felt like the surf could touch your toes at any moment. Perfect view with sunrises over the water every morning. The condo is spacious and comfy with a nostalgic old Florida vibe. We will likely be back at some point.

Large heated pool, nice uncrowded beach, great view of ocean which we were very near, large kitchen, Publix across the street, a little outdated but well worth the price. We will be back.

Snowbird getaway

The condo was great in size. The view of the ocean couldn’t be better. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. Everything was funtionable but just outdated. Wi Fi and cable went out and was resolved promptly.

Great condo

Couldn’t have a better location. The elevator was a deciding factor. Stay on the 3rd floor with a great view of the ocean and beach but no stairs to deal with. Sit in the pool and watch the waves! We recommend it highly!
