A BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM BUNGALOW WITH ALL MODERN AMENITIES CLOSE TO A PARK!!

My property is close to restaurants and dining and family- friendly activities. It is a short walk to Montgomery county fairgrounds and a lovely public park about 100 yards from the property for guests to unwind and only 10 minutes from downtown Dayton as well as the UD Arena. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the location. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and the living room is decorated with a contemporary-styled furniture, a 55-inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with unique artwork adorning the walls. The master bedroom has an additional bathroom attached and a flat screen TV just for your relaxation. All the rooms are furnished with Queen sized, Serta Brand memory foam mattresses for your comfort. I have also provided an automated self inflatable queen sized mattress for younger members of the entourage. There is a full functional gas grill for barbecue with a reclining chair for guests to entertain during the hot summer months. The property has a fenced in backyard to enable kids play and have fun during their stay. It also has a fully automated oversized one car garage and has the capacity to accommodate up to 5 cars on the premises all at once.
My property is great for couples, business travelers and families(with kids) whether it is a reunion, wedding, graduation or business trip, you will find this well-appointed house just right. It has 1500 sq. feet of living space and can host up to a family of 8.

Perfect holiday stay

The house was exactly what we needed while visiting our family and grandchild here in the Dayton area during Christmas. The house was comfortable, clean and stocked. Paschal responded quickly to any questions.

Perfect for us

We went to Dayton to look for a house for one of our children that has been transferred to the area. This house was great for our use with its close proximity to the freeway. House was fully equipped and worked for our needs. Paschal is a wonderful and available host.

3 Bedroom Bungalow

My family of 5 stayed from June 21-23 for the air show in Dayton. The house was very confortable for our weekend trip. It was clean and smell really good. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us, that was a very nice welcoming touch. Paschal was very attentive at all time, he even helped us with some suggestions on restaurants for dinner. Second time was just as charming..

Another trip to Dayton and this was our first choice for second stay. Paschal is a conscientious host and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. college move-in

We stayed at this comfortable home while we moved our daughter in for her 2nd year of college. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Plenty of room to visit as a family. Location was a great quiet neighborhood. Our host was very communicative.

Spacious and good neighborhood

The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!

Just like home!

We enjoyed our stay at this property when we were in Dayton visiting our son and his family. This property was very neat, clean and welcoming. Convenient and nice!

The semi-rural location of the property was quiet and appreciated after family functions. Plus the location in proximity to US-35 made getting everywhere a breeze.Paschal is an attentive and responsive host, but leaves you to enjoy your stay in peace. Thanks! Comfortable, clean home in a quiet neighborhood.

We were very pleased with our 3 night stay in this well maintained home. The rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. There are ample towels, linens, paper products, kitchen supplies and cleaning products. The parking area can accommodate multiple vehicles. We enjoyed exploring a few of the nearby Metroparks, Castleview golf course, browsing the Second Street Market and dining at Thai 9, one of the many restaurants on Brown Street. The owner was professionaI and pleasant. Highly recommend this home to fellow travelers in the Dayton area.

Lovely home

Very easy check in. Never met the host in person but we kept in touch via text. Hes very friendly and directions were very clear from him. House was very clean. There was enough towels and most importantly toilet paper provided . Even had soap and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Parking in the garage was a bonus which made us feel safer not having to go outside to our car during the evening or in the rain. Upon arrival there was a basket of snacks, water and juice in the fridge all complimentary. Beds were comfy. Master bedroom has a TV and bathroom Nice size kitchen w room to move around in. Nice 4 seating dining table We appreciated the alarm system in the home. It would alert us every time a door was opened Every bedroom had its own A/C unit along w the kitchen/ dining area Nice quiet neighborhood w a huge private fenced in backyard If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again Thanks again Paschal for sharing your home w us !!

Pleasant stay

We spent a few days in the home and I give it 4.5/5 stars. Communication with Paschal was top notch! He was attentive and responsive. I didn't have to request information as he was prompt with any form of communication. The area had me concerned, mainly from reading highest crime areas of the Dayton area, but prior reviews eased my mind. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with some land next to it. I didn't feel uneasy about the location. The only downfall about the location would be having to drive 15 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant. The house itself is old but has been updated to accommodate. It had a very welcoming feel to it. My biggest complaint had to do with some minor cleaning issues, however I notified Paschal verbally so that it may be addressed prior to the next tenant. Lastly, out of the 3 bedrooms, I (the reviewer) unfortunately had the worst bed in the house. The room across from the master had the most uncomfortable mattress (too firm) and the bed creaked at the slightest movement. I asked my family if they had any issues sleeping and they all loved their bed. To confirm this, I tested each bed and they were much more comfortable than mine. I needed an extra trip to the chiropractor after my unfortunate, broken bed. Aside from that, it was a nice place. The rest of my family loved it and had no complaints. The kitchen was lovely. The home is perfect for your Dayton area needs. Thanks again.

The location is great. It is within a short drive to downtown Dayton with amazing restaurants, museum, art theatre as well as the Dayton river scape. The neighborhood is quiet and It is also located within a walking distance to the Montgomery county fairgrounds and the lovely Arthur Fisher park for picnics and family fun times.
