Hello! Thank you for your interest in our dream getaway home! Our family resides in Indiana, but our roots run deep in Western Kentucky. We grew up near the lakes and have maintained our love for boating and relaxing by the water. After stumbling upon this lot, we decided to build a lakehouse that will share our love for Lake Barkley with others. We love to travel, hang out with our three adult daughters, and work out. Hosting families and hopefully sparking a love for Western Kentucky is a new hobby that we are loving!
Why they chose this property
We love the privacy and quiet this neighborhood provides. There are minimal houses which mean much of the time its just us and the deer!
What makes this property unique
It is conveniently located off I-24 and a short drive to restaurants, Eddy Bay marina, a gas station, and grocery store. There is a gentle slope to the water where your private dock is located just a short walk from the house....no stairs to climb after a long day on the water!
