Welcome to our beautiful home! We went all out on the game room conversion for your family and friends to experience this wonderful space. Make yourself at home with the entire house, which has been meticulously staged and designed. The private backyard features a glistening pool and BBQ grill for your enjoyment. * No parties or events are allowed. * We do welcome bigger groups and families! Thank you for your understanding!

The Space:
Come stop by and relax at our weekend getaway. :D

Hang out by the pool during the day, where there's a covered patio and outdoor seating.

Or you could stop by our game room! It features LED lights, Neon Signs, 65" TV, Pool Table, Ping-Pong Conversion, Arcade Games Bar/Cocktail area with mini-fridge and ice maker.

The Living Room features a large 70" LED TV to watch sports or a movie on the comfy oversized couch.

The kitchen has all the basic kitchen essentials, including a Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods.

It has one bedroom downstairs and three upstairs, this layout is ideal for families or larger groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom on the first floor for your convenience with a full bathroom.

Upstairs features a kids room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a full bed. The last bedroom has a queen bed.

Guest Access:
Guests are able to use the entire house.

Getting Around:
Ample parking in the driveways or street. Uber/Lyft is a great way to get around, about $20 uber ride to get to the Strip or Fremont with normal rates.

Other Things to Note:
There are surveillance cameras OUTSIDE the property at all angles. This is for guests safety, as well as our own safety. There is an absolute NO PARTIES OR EVENTS policy in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if there are unannounced guests on property.

No smoking inside the property. If house smells like smoke after the stay, there will be a $500 charge to clean up the smell.

Quiet Hours are strictly after 10PM. There are noise monitoring devices outside the property. We will warn you once it goes past a certain decibel limit. Multiple warnings may result with us asking the guests to leave with no refund.

There's no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk! By accepting our booking, the guests assumed all responsibility and liability for any bodily injury and even death. Pool can be heated upon request. Due to high gas usage, it’s $100/day to heat the pool.
