Our 2 Bed 2.5 Bath Town Home is superbly located in the popular community of Legacy Park and offers the perfect home for those seeking accommodation for smaller groups.

With an open plan living and dining area boasting plenty of seating and a TV, this air conditioned home is spacious, bright and practically furnished with comfort in mind at an affordable cost. The quaint dining room has seating for six and is a great place to enjoy a meal.

The pleasant Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook everything from a light lunch to an evening meal for your family and friends. The Charming King bedroom has a King Size bed, ceiling fan, TV and Ensuite with large shower.

The Twin Bedroom has a pleasing decor, plus further bathroom

There is also a pull-out bed in the loft area which means the home can comfortably sleep 6.

The home has Laundry facilities including a washer and dryer and a half bathroom that is situated downstairs. For your enjoyment there is a further covered lanai that benefits a stunning conservation view situated off the lounge area for a more informal al fresco snack or simply enjoy a glass of wine after a pleasant day in the theme parks or shopping malls.

THE DEVELOPMENT ALSO FEATURES A COMMUNAL POOL, CABANAS, AND JOGGING AND WALKING TRAILS.

The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

Enjoyable

Really enjoyed my almost 3 month stay. Would have appreciated being asked if I was interested in the 2021 season before the property was partially rented. I would have taken it for the whole season.

This was a horrible experience the refrigerators filter was bad so we could not use water or ice the dishwasher soap door did not work so we had to wash dishes our whole vacation my sheets and pillow case had blood staines the bath tub was full of mildew the washer sound like it was going to explode so we could not wash there was no broom there the sprinklers broke they where just throwing water everywhere we would get wet going in and out of the house the last 2 days they where remaking the road they never told us and they towed our car 2 blocks away I though they had stole it and we could not park in the house for 3 days because of it and walk 2 blocks with groceries and at the end they never cared they said that’s normal things that happen I will never stay there or with this company ever again

It was okay

The condo was nice considering the price we paid. The unit is simple and met our needs. Carpets need cleaned in the condo. Know that there is a key fob needed to access the pool and you’ll have to do some calling around to get it. You can not access the bathrooms at the pool at all- they’re all protected by passcodes. The pool is not heated and wasn’t very clean. The hot tub had a small dead reptile in it in addition to other floating debris. Overall our stay was “okay”.

The house was very nice property was clean, Nice area walmart near bye we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of towels, linens and pillows which are very important for me.My one and only reason not to give this stay 5 Stars is because the bed in the master bedroom is not that comfortable needs a up grade! And the TV in the bedroom does not work! But you come here for fun! Not TV! But I would recommend this place to friends and family's looking for a place to stay that's nice and clean.

perfect location

had a great stay. Property ideally situated as we wanted to golf various courses in the area. Many great options just a short ride away. Property was clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be that the television in the living room should be returned to the 1980s and $200 should be invested in a new flat screen. (Could consider the same for his little brother located in the master bedroom).
