This is so disappointing! We had such high hopes for this place. The place smells like it had been closed off for sometime but they did have several smell plugs in thru out. Not one picture looked like their description. Almost all the furniture/ seating was different and dirty. Exposed wires in children bunk bed room along with dirty shelving. Bunk beds need to be reinforced because they shake and squeak. Dirty furniture and floors and we were just in the house for a couple hours. No towels in any bathrooms. Washer and dryer are in garage not the house. 2 bedrooms are outside the main house with separate entrance. Very cold and no blankets just sheets and coverlets of some sort which were dirty as well. Looks like it might have been some sort of maids quarters at one time. Stains on most seating but they did have covers over to hid the stains. This is an older home and in need of a lot of repair as well as a good thorough cleaning. I had requested blankets and smoke alarm was in need of batteries as well as 2 of the remotes. Sonia the property manager was not able to come till 10:00 at night and was very combative of anything I said. The things she told me were so unprofessional. At several points she told me to leave if I wasn’t happy. I asked her about having a cleaning staff come in first thing in the morning and she said she didn’t know if she could get someone out. We left first thing in the morning!
