This cottage has been in my family since the 1940s. It has been lovingly maintained by our family and enjoyed by visiting families for decades.
Why they chose this property
This charming cottage has wonderful ocean views, beach acres across the street and a lovely porch for relaxing after a day at the beach. Nearby Kennebunkport has many great restaurants and shops.
What makes this property unique
Across the street from the beach path, this cottage allows you easy beach access and the ability to return to your vacation home for lunch and/or a nap.
