Welcome to Barrancas Apart, located in a private and gated community with a restaurant, heated pool and green park.
Just 5 km from the centre of Bariloche and 15 km from the Cerro Catedral ski centre, our apartment is strategically located, just 2 minutes by car (or 15 minutes on foot) from local shops, restaurants, a public beach and the Cerro Otto cable car. Ideal for a relaxed and safe stay, whether to enjoy the panoramic view or explore San Carlos de Bariloche and 150 metres from Lake Nahuel Huapi.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a washing machine in the hallway and a full bathroom with a shower.
The main living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room with a sofa bed (bunk bed recommended for children). A balcony with two chairs. With its own parking space located near the main entrance and a lift for easy access to the building.
