The home is equipped with phone, cable TV, DVD and internet WIFI, outside shower and covered parking for 2 vehicles. The community offers a wonderful family environment with tennis courts, a playground and fishing ponds and 2 community pools with 1 being Gulf Front with a Gazebo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and boardwalks to the white sugar sand beach. This community is located adjacent to St. Joseph State Park which has been listed as a top beach in the United States for several years.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi and cable TV.
